UNDER CONSTRUCTION
The hardcore gym workouts are not for everyone and I’m one of them. I was tired of looking like a body builder when I did not want to look like one. So I begin to teach my body how to maintain a level of fitness that was suited for me. By adding a fitness plan to my skating methods I began to see the results I had longed for. A more sustainable physique, as well as gaining weight when I desired too and losing weight in specific areas that had been unattainable in the past. Movements, as I have created the term, full body moveMEANTS tm, during rink skating, outdoor skating, on quads, skateboarding, etc. have helped to maintain good fitness practices as well.
